At Kinky-business.com we take great care to ensure that your purchase reaches you promptly and in excellent condition.

Our packages are sent out in plain packaging with no mention of the contents or Example.
If you have special requirements then please telephone us or email us and we will take care of it, usually at no extra charge. For example if you would like the parcel to arrive on a specific day, we will try our best, but we cannot be held responsible for the Royal Mail. We can also double package a delivery one box/bag inside another or make any arrangements you require.

We try to ship all orders the same day, if received Monday to Friday between the hours of 9am to 5pm. If your order is placed outside of working hours it will be shipped the next working day.

Royal Mail Super 1st Class - Delivery usually within 1 to 7 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.
Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery - Delivery usually within 1 to 7 days. However 15 working days should be allowed before contacting us if your order has not arrived.

Tracking your order

Your unique tracking number will be emailed to you when your package is dispatched.

Please be aware that Kinky-business.com cannot be held responsible for orders delayed by incorrect address information supplied during the checkout process.

Unwanted goods

Kinky-business.com will offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days.

 

Due to our strict health and hygiene regulations, we cannot refund or exchange unwanted items, this includes pvc, latex and leather clothing.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days for a full refund. Kinky-business.com works on a same day dispatch system, so please try and cancel your order on the same day as ordering to avoid the inconvenience of returning your order.
